How to Fix Generic Host Win32 Process Error

generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close

You are on the internet when suddenly all your Network activity goes to hault. You can still see the Internet connected icon in the tray but you cannot surf, browse or do anything and you cant reconnect. You get an error message something like “Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.”


So What is the solution or How to Fix that ? Here i found some handy tips to fix that:-

Solution 1 :-
Click Start -> Run and type regedit (This launches the Registry Editor)

- Navigate to:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters

- In the right-hand window pane you will see a value called IsDomainMaster

- Double click IsDomainMaster and set its value to FALSE and click Ok

- Restart your computer

Solution 2 :-
- Click Start -> Run and type cmd (This launches the command prompt)

- In the command prompt window type netsh and press Enter

- Now type winsock and press Enter

- Now type rest and press Enter.

- Restart your computer.

奈米薄膜电池



奈米薄膜电池 超薄可弯电量大


随着科技发展,电子产品的体积也越来越小,而电器所使用的电池也相对的缩小。美国马里兰大学发展出一个又轻又薄又环保,蓄电力世上最强,还可以弯曲的电池。

如果将我们所拥有的那些,体积小却功能强大的电器,如iPhone等打开来,会发现里面的电池并非市面上贩卖的那种长型或者小圆柱型的电池,而是一片片的薄片。这种蓄电器就叫做“薄膜电池”(Thin Film Battery)。

马里兰大学电子机械所的马丁.佩克拉教授,结合奈米科技(Nano-technology),研发出目前世界上最轻最薄可弯曲、同时蓄电量最强,还可以远距离充电的薄膜电池,并且成立了一个公司“弯曲电子”(FlexEl LLC.)来进行商业生产。

弯曲电子的执行长鲍勃.布罗克特说,由于这些电池的蓄电持久,所以许多侦测大型建筑或机械结构的仪器,都可以用上这个新的电池。

布罗克特说:“如果每次你登上飞机都担忧机体结构是否完善,试想许多微小的设备包覆着机体,传送出声波,来搜寻细小裂缝等等。那样的设备需要能够持续很长时间的电池,且能够远距充电,并拥有极高的电量,而我们的电池就符合上述要求。你也可以想像这类的设备,装置在全国每座桥梁上。”

另外,如控管超市中食品新鲜度,或控制医药保存温度等设备,这种新电池都可派上用场。而所有需要体积小、可重复充电,并且蓄电时间长的电池的电子设备,如手机等等,都能利用这种新的电池。


电池比人发薄 安全环保可弯曲

由于使用奈米科技,所以能够制造出极薄的电池。布罗克特描述了电池的大略外观:“你要想像一个电池,看起来就像一张可再贴便条纸(Post-It),它就是那么薄,比人类头发还要薄。不过它的面积是可以伸展的,它可以是一分钱的面积,也可以是一张纸的面积。增加面积,就增加了电量。”

这个新电池的电量比起市面上其他薄膜电池,要多出50%。所有的电池都有重新充电的次数上限,但因为这款新电池的容量大且蓄电力强,充电次数也随之减少,换言之,电池寿命也大幅增加。

布罗克特并指出,这个电池更比其他电池还安全:“如果你看看现在的一般电池,很明显的都和高毒性的化学物质有关系。你不会想要在家里或厨房里打开那些电池,你不会想要让当中的物质进入身体内。我们的电池虽然不能叫做无毒性,但可称为低毒性,电池当中所有的物质,都可以在你的厨房水槽厨柜底下找到。事实上,可能比你厨房里化学品的毒性还要低。”

佩克拉教授开玩笑说,这个电池的酸碱性就和沙拉酱差不多。他并且补充,由于这个电池使用的皆是自然材料,所以也很环保:“所有的材料都从自然当中取得,而非人造的有毒物质。”

由于这款新薄膜电池能以“印刷”的方式生产,并且所需材料及设备简单,甚至只需要一个厨房大小的空间,就能生产,所以制造成本低,价格也相对低廉。

此外,由于它很薄,未来有可能铺设在房屋墙壁或者车上,成为环保的太阳能蓄电池。而可以弯曲的特性,则让它能够装置在“可穿着”的电子产品上。或许不久的将来,我们能够把电池穿在身上,随时随地都来电!

EGNOS 欧盟新导航系统


欧盟新导航系统 精确度更胜美国GPS


欧洲联盟今天推出一个免费的卫星导航网络,比美国的全球定位系统(GPS)更加精确2公尺左右,可以帮助飞行员、驾驶员与盲人。

这个系统名为EGNOS(European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service),将使用三颗卫星与34座地面站,缩小GPS以往在水平正确度上约7公尺的误差,并改善GPS垂直正确度,以帮助飞行员更顺利降落。

欧盟执行委员会发布声明表示,为飞机导航设计的“生命安全”(Safety-of-Life)服务,明年将可准备就绪。

精确度提高也有助于农夫开飞机喷洒肥料。新方式也可应用于道路上,包括自动道路收费及让汽车保险费可按使用次数给付。

欧盟执委会说:“这将让所有的个人导航应用方面更加精准,并催生新的应用,像是导盲辅助。”

此系统是由欧盟执委会、欧洲太空总署(EuropeanSpace Agency)与欧洲航管组织Eurocontrol领导研发。

股市有句警示语:股市有风险,入市需谨慎。也就是说,人们把钱投资于股市,想通过购买股票赚钱,就要担当相对的风险。但想在股市赚钱,也不是没有技巧的。无论牛市还是熊市,投资人一定要在戒贪的基础上,提高自己的操作技能。否则,即使股市再牛,仍然会赔得一塌糊涂。那么,究竟如何在股市中获利呢?下面介绍八大秘诀以供参考:


 

  秘诀之一

  对买最低价与卖最高价不奢望

  对于任何一个股民而言,能在最低价买入股票,在最高价卖出股票都是他们的美好愿望。但即使是股市高手,要实现这种愿望也很难。因此,普通股民不要抱太高奢望,因为股市行情随时都处于波动中,即使某些股票已经创了新低,但很可能新低之后还有新低;即使某些股票已经创了新高,照样可能新高的后面还有新高。鉴于这种情况的实际存在,建议股民在投资股票时不妨去掉奢望,采取比较实际的做法,让自己真正能有“财”进账。做法是:当你选中某只股票后,自己认为它大约离底部已经很近,未来有10%-20%左右升幅,这时买进该股,随后便耐心等待该股再次走进上升通道。如此,就能让自己吃到股票行情中可以获利的那一段。

 
  秘诀之二

  认真确定好止损与止赢点

  很多股民对于股票下跌后,所产生的损失一般都会痛惜,总是希望自己的股票价格能再回升,一般都不愿割肉,而对于不断上涨的股票又不愿意卖,奢望能更多地获利。这种想法,有时就会让股民不仅不赚,反而还会损失得很惨。因此,在股市拼杀中,设置止损和止赢尤为重要。所谓止损和止赢就是设定一个固定亏损和盈余率,到达位置即严格执行。其中,设定止赢尤其重要,否则也会不赢反亏。我的邻居张某,曾在28元时买入了某只股票,我告诉他要设立止赢,就设在38元的位置,但到了38元他没卖,回调到37元我又让他卖,他说,我38元没卖,37元更不卖,到40元再卖吧。结果呢,在25元时他割了肉。

 
  秘诀之三

  把握大势确保胜利果实不丢失

  很多股民在牛市时是高手,而一旦遇到熊市或震荡就又成了“低”手,不仅不能在股市中再获利,反而还要把自己在牛市中获得的胜利果实给吐回去,如此一来,这些短线炒手纯粹是给券商白白打工。其实,在熊市和震荡市中不去搏杀,保住自己牛市的胜利果实更重要。股民除了应设立止损点和止赢点外,适时进行空仓观望和认真分析,准确把握大势也很重要。依经验看,在熊市中保住胜利果实的办法是,对几只自己看好的股票始终进行跟踪,并根据市场情况不断尝试进行虚拟买卖,自己不妄图能够买入历史最低价,当通过虚拟买卖发现升势已经开始确立,再杀入股市开始进行实盘操作。

  抓住暴跌机会适当建仓

  股市暴跌主要分为两种形式,一种为个股暴跌,另一种为大盘暴跌。股民要想获利,抓住每一次暴跌机会,并瞅准好时机入市就等于抓住了“摇钱树”。一般情况下,股市每年都会出现2-5次的大盘暴跌。这些暴跌,往往都是偶然事件和重大利空消息造成的。如果大盘处于相对高点时出现暴跌,股民则需特别谨慎,以观望为主。但如果是处于主跌浪或者阴跌很久后出现的暴跌,股民则可考虑把握机会,对自己看好的股票适当建仓,因为很多牛股都是跌出来的。

 
  秘诀之五

  在很难操作时学会空仓

  职业股民中的高手一般采用的是追涨杀跌的短线操作方式,而对于非职业股民来说,要做到以此获利则比较难,因为他们每天看盘的机会毕竟有限,相对来说追踪到热点的机会也就比较少。普通股民只有买上升趋势中的股票才可以获利,因此,普通股民如果感觉到市场上的股票很难操作,热点也难以把握时,就应考虑空仓。因为在这种情况下,绝大多数股票一般都会出现大幅下跌,涨幅榜上的股票涨幅很小,而跌幅榜上股票跌幅很大,假如此时再不考虑空仓,那就只有赔钱的份了。

 
  秘诀之六

  寻找买入理由巧避波动

  用何种投资方式,才可以令股民避开每日价格变动的冲击,让他们在买卖股票中真正把握主动,获得收益呢?依笔者所见,下面这种方式值得一试。即在股民买进股票之前,先写下五项支持自己投资某家公司的理由,譬如该公司产品竞争力强,个别产业前景佳,公司财务比率符合标准,股票本益比在理想范围之内等等,并随时进行检查,特别是注意来自该公司各方面的消息与对公司的研究报告,如果有一天发现其中五项决定买进的因素中已经有三项理由不复存在,就考虑马上卖掉自己所持有的股票,否则就绝不轻易将该股票出手。采用这种方法进行买卖股票的理由是:股价的长期走势总不会和基本因素偏离太远,因而可以借着各项基本因素的变动来决定进出。

 
  秘诀之七

  对连涨股不轻易出手

  很多人在决定卖出股票时,所持的理由仅仅是“因为我已经赚钱了。”这种想法绝对错误!卖股票,应该要卖没有赚钱的股票。任何股票只要还能再赚钱,就不要急着卖。

  在具体操作过程中,股民往往会出现这样的状况:刚买进的股票上涨了1、2元钱便急着卖掉。结果呢?几天后,卖出的股票已经涨了7、8元。相反的,对于赔钱的股票,他们却耐心地等待翻本。其实,如果企业已经出现不良情况,翻本就遥遥无期了。因此,卖股票的理由应是“这种股票展望不佳”或是“这种股票表现太差”,千万不要把“已经有钱赚了”作为卖出的理由。

  认真分析行情上涨真实性

  在股票市场,免不了“投机客”,因是“投机客”他们就会尽自己所能,去影响股市行情。因此,股民在投资股票时应认真分析行情,看是“投机客”轮番炒作所造成的局部涨势,还是“全民参与”的全面上涨行情,只有经过认真分析,才能放心进行投资。要判断是不是真材实料的上涨行情,成交量是最佳的指标。如果股市中大部分股票价位与成交量都毫无起色,只有少数明星股做“秀”般的表演,投资人就要特别小心。在整体成交量不大的情况下,极有可能是少数“团体”在“提拔明星”。当成交量明显增加后,指数若反而摇摇欲坠,表示股市已进入炒家与散户的“换手”阶段。

Move from Microsoft to Google
In July, 2005, Lee left Microsoft to take a position at
Google.

On July 19, 2005, Microsoft sued Google and Lee in a Washington state court over Google's hiring of its former Vice President of Interactive Services, claiming that Lee was violating his non-compete agreement by working for Google within one year of leaving the Redmond-based software corporation. Microsoft argued that Lee would inevitably disclose proprietary information to Google if he was allowed to work there.

On July 28, 2005, Washington state Superior Court Judge Steven González granted Microsoft a temporary restraining order, which prohibited Lee from working on Google projects that compete with Microsoft pending a trial scheduled for January 9, 2006.On September 13, following a hearing, Judge González issued a ruling permitting Lee to work for Google, but barring him from starting work on some technical projects until the case goes to trial in January 2006. Lee was still allowed to recruit employees for Google in China and to talk to government officials about licensing, but was prohibited from working on technologies such as search or speech. Lee was also prohibited from setting budgets, salaries, and research directions for Google in China until the case was to go to trial in January 2006.

Before the case could go to trial, on December 22, 2005 Google and Microsoft announced that they had reached a settlement whose terms are confidential, ending a five-month dispute between the two companies.

At Google China, Lee helped establish the company in the market and overseen its growth in the country. He was responsible for launching the Google.cn regional website, and strengthened the company's team of engineers and scientists in the country.

On 4 September, 2009, Lee announced his resignation from Google. He said “With a very strong leadership team in place, it seemed a very good moment for me to move to the next chapter in my career.” Alan Eustace, senior Google vice-president for engineering, credited him with "helping dramatically to im­prove the quality and range of services that we offer in China, and ensuring that we continue to innovate on the Web for the benefit of users and advertisers".
Two executives in the company have taken over Lee's roles, Boon-Lock Yeo, who is now working as director of Google’s Shanghai engineering office, will take over the engineering department, and John Liu, VP of sales and operations, will assume the business and operations side.

On September 7, 2009 he announced details of a $115m
venture capital (early-stage incubation and seed money business model) fund called "Innovation Works" that aims to create five successful Chinese start-ups a year in internet and mobile internet businesses or in vast hosting services known as cloud computing. The Innovation Works fund has attracted several investors, including Steve Chen, co-founder of YouTube; Foxconn, the electronics contract manufacturer; Legend Holdings, the parent of PC maker Lenovo; and WI Harper Group.
